Behind the Name
The "High 7 Teas" name came from an idea where we wanted to open our first shop. We wanted our first location to be at the very top of a parking garage in New York City. Name was supposed to just be High Tea, but while researching the name we found that it was very overused and also, already owned. We decided to add the "7" because originally, Natacha, her husband, and 5 of their family members played a huge role in getting the company off the ground (7 total).
