At High 7 Teas, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our teas and want you to enjoy every sip. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
🔄 Returns
Due to the nature of tea and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at high7teas@gmail.com with your order number.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us at high7teas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
